I set the wrong address on my amazon account and I got a notification that my package could not be delivered. It was super easy to update and fix and I’m very happy with the service:)

UPS routinely says they attempted to deliver a package to me, when in fact they did not. (I know because I was home the whole time.) Sometimes they deliver to my house, sometimes to an unlocked «drop box» that anyone could steal from; at no point did they ever notify me of what they were doing or why.
It’s sad when the US Postal Service is much better than your private delivery service.
