I took my handmade boots in for new heels. Fast service and a good price. Cheaper, faster, and friendlier than Rogers in Ft Collins. Worth the trip!

Shop somewhere else. Skip the shoe repair. I was having some straps put on buckles. They gave me a verbal quote and I then when I came to claim my item, the price was about 4 times the quote. I should have had them write it down. I had no proof. I thought I was dealing with an honest reputable store. They wouldn’t negotiate on the price. So I got my parts back and they got to keep their leather. Weird business plan

I was directed here after finding out that Quality Shoe Repair in Downtown Loveland was closed.(The phone number goes to Whiteside’s.) I had 5 pairs of shoes done for various services– heel replacement, non-skid pad, patent leather polish. Overall they did a great job at a great price with one exception: they added a standard thickness rubber heel to a pair of wedge heels when the original rubber was much thinner and flush with the outsole. Now my wedges look a little weird with this piece of rubber sticking out, hence minus one star. For shoes that need really thin pieces of rubber, I would try to find another place. Service was incredibly fast– I dropped off my shoes Saturday morning and they were ready by Monday– and very friendly.
