Amazing service. Ordered online with promotion of free same day delivery and no service charges. Florist called about 10 minutes later to advise some of the flowers included in the arrangement I selected were not available, offered alternatives. Flowers were delivered within 90 minutes. This is my new go-​to florist in my area.

Mindblowing Customer Service!
I placed an order today for a wreath for my friend’s mom’s funeral. Not only did the awesome staff at Whispering Willow call the church to get the funeral details (without my prompting), they also modified my order appropriately and sent a followup confirmation. I’m already a satisfied customer and it is 3 days to the funeral.
