He does good work however we found his honesty lacking. We were in the process of purchasing a home from him. After the home inspection we found out items he had listed as being part of the house were in fact not present. We then went to back out of the deal. We then met with Mark French personally without realtors at the property where he negotiated a small concession. After this we moved forward with the sale and both he and his realtor never returned our phone calls. He then went ahead and sold the home to another party. While the house was beautiful I would be concerned by his character about any promises he makes. I’d personally hate to have to deal with him to get warranty work done.
