Traditional American bar n diner. You will find a lot of retirees and local farmers here for lunch. The food was predictable, and without surprises: neither good nor bad ones. The day that I was there they did have a small buffet. The service was incredibly slow. We waited over 45 min for our food and should have gone with the buffet. The interior is typical to those small town restaurants: a room way to big to feel cozy, lots of sport flags and signs, a big bar, pool table and big screen TVs. The positive is that a small town as Lowden has a restaurant to go to at all, with maybe boring, but good food. If I was on the road again in the area I would stop here to avoid having to drive another 45 min to get to the next bigger town.
