The tall girl working tonight is miserable. No greeting customers or cracking half a smile. I almost didn’t want to order. Service is always fast. Food is average. I could take it or leave it.

I order from them all the time. I think the pizza is a little greasy but my husband loves it. I love the chicken parm sub(THEYHAVEGREATBREAD) and their salads are ridiculously huge!

Pizza is very greasy and the service there is poor. Not the worst pizza in Lowell, but nothing amazing.

I saw potential in this place, however it must have been a busy night because the messed up my order. Ordered a cheese pizza and a chicken parm sub, got an uncut pizza and chicken parm pasta…

There’s a sub place called Jim’s where I live and Angelina’s reminds me of it sosososososoosossooooo much. It’s comforting.

Greasy pizza. I mean really greasy. If you like your pizza dripping in oil then you’ll love this place.

Very good online ordering system — it’s got the complete menu, it lets you know when your driver’s left the shop, and it lets you prepay and add the tip so there’s no fussing around with credit card. You do have to watch out, because the receipt it presents tries to get you to double-tip. Steak bomb calzone was solid. I always like a place that puts some pepperoni or salami in there to spice it up a bit. Really stuffed with meat as well as with cheese. I am not thrilled with their marinara — this is a sweet-sauce shop, and I’m more of a salty/spicy kind of guy. Delivery guys are clearly a variable bunch. The one I got was lacking in clue. He went to the complex next door, and I had to tell him ten times«no, I’m not there» before he stopped asking me which of their buildings he should knock on. Use a GPS, dude.

Recently changed their online ordering system. What used to work, now doesn’t. Poor planning. Not a good thing for Sunday night football games, or the online ordering crowd at all. Order values aren’t properly shown before checkout — amounts reflect delivery and tax fees. Had to choose to order an additional app to meet minimums, then decided to just order elsewhere.

Actually good food at a fair price. But the service is horrible. I’m always over waiting and the staff is very rude. Being in the service industry I refuse to except it I’ll be going elsewhere…

Good Italian Pizza, but I consistently need to order it well done to get it done right. Buffalo Wings are also good. No coupons on the website. WTF? For those of us who consider ourselves regulars, it’d be nice to reward us once in a while.

The pizza is ok but not the best. However, the subs here are bomb. one of the best sub shops in town. Love the roast beef!

Tried this place for the first time after school this afternoon. The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered a «half» steak and cheese sub, and the steak-to-bread ratio was perfect; cooked perfectly; perfect amount of cheese. My boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich which he said was also amazing. I don’t even eat spicy fries and I could not stay away from them. Definitely returning soon! Hopefully next time I won’t put myself in a food coma.

While visiting here, I got to try their pizza, raviolis, and ziti. All were very good.

Ordered bacon cheesy fries… Didn’t get any bacon on it. Wtf?! Their jalapeño poppers were pretty good though. Service was quick. Not ordering from there again, well, maybe for the jalapeño poppers. That’s all I have to say.

I haven’t tried the pizza here yet. However, the steak bombs rock though!

After reading reviews a co-worker and I decided to give this place a try. Never again. We ordered our lunch at 11:15 in hopes that we could do lunch by noon. I’m sitting here writing his(12:50pm) and we still haven’t received our food. Called and they said it was our fault that they couldn’t get in touch with us. They stated they didn’t have a number even though I gave it to them when I gave them the address for delivery. I haven’t even tried the food and I know I won’t be going back. Good customer service would have been to apologize(which they didn’t) and explain the situation. Stuff happens and I understand that but this is unacceptable. I will make sure to tell the 400 employees within my building anytime they mention this place.

Not a bad thing I can say about Angelina’s. Every college kid in Lowell will put Suppa’s first, but if Angelina’s is still open when I’m craving pizza or a sub I’ll go there every time. Used to live two houses away from them and it was dangerous because I could easily grub hub their food, and go pick it up every day. Quick service, food was always hot and tasty when I got it, everything was delicious. I love Greek style pizza and Angelina’s nails it every time. Their steak and cheese subs are also one of my favorites, and you can’t go wrong with the spicy fries or bacon and cheddar fries either. Plus they’ve got a drive through window, you can’t go wrong! Only have two complaints — be open later!!! What I would do if that place was open till at least midnight like Suppa’s is on weekends. They’re open till 10 on most weekdays and 11 friday and Saturday I believe. That being said, too — GrubHub only lists them as being open until 9:30 every day so if you want to order after then you have to call or order from their website. Otherwise, I have nothing bad to say. Love this place.

All I bought was a cheese pizza, and to my surprise it was delicious. The service was fast and the store was cleaner than most pizza spots are.

wicked good sub shop, perfect for those friday night hangovers on saturday afternoon. They got everything you could want to grease up your insides to help battle the decay left from one too many red bulls and vodka. I got the chicken tenders, because I pretty much always get chicken tenders. I’d go back for more. I don’t know what else to say other than swing by this place on your way home and pick up some dinner!
