Really nice having a local butcher shop, but I really wish I got to see a selection of meats instead of having them in the back, hiding so I can’t see them until I get home and open the package. Also a little disappointed that everthing is frozen, except for a couple choices of steaks. Not ideal when you are picking up dinner for that night.
The strip steaks are good. My hubby likes the ribeye too.
The potato sausage is delicious, as is the cherry wood smoked bacon. omg, sooooo good. I have a few pounds of bacon in my freezer at all times so I never run out. Thats a definite recommendation if you like bacon. Soooo good.

Known the best butcher, Tony, for 27+ years. He’s a gem. Gets the best cut for me as well as being a great friend. His boss says he won’t leave until in a casket. They all remember me from his Christmas party. Tony is the best friend and butcher too. Call for the best service always. Love to the staff forever

Great flank steak. I have payed twice the price for a far inferior
cut of meat. The Butchers Block’s was well trimed and very tender.
All the cuts of meat I have purchased have been very good.

One of the few butcher stores around here left. We’ve been
coming here for years, they have a great selection, much better
than supermarkets and they have their own seasons & sauces.
They also make the best beef jerky in the world!
