Ceramics By Nooshin

While visiting Massachusetts I was looking for something a place to explore. I saw that they had open artist studios in Lowell. Not being far from the textile factory converted to artist studios I decided why not check it out!
There are five floors of all kinds of artists, all with very different work. The one artist who caught my attention was Ceramics by Nooshin. She had so many handmade ceramics to look at. All of the colors she used caught my attention (a very welcoming sight). There was a large display of assorted of life sized handmade ceramic flowers and leaves displayed in vases that really caught my eye. I had a chance to speak to her and she let me know they are called the flowers that never wilt! I’m a huge fan of flowers and floral art pieces.
I’m always looking for unique gifts (I’m actually trying to become a better gift giver, instead of the typical gift card) and I had a wedding coming up in California. She said she could easily ship them to me. Perfect! I was very happy to have found such a nice gift for my friend.
If you’re in the area, definitely take advantage of the ceramic classes she offers. I wish I lived closer so I could do the same. Overall, Ceramics by Nooshin is definitely worth checking out for a unique gifts, something for yourself or a ceramics class!

Great Great Great! stuff for gifts or any occasion. This lady makes very cool, Creative and great quality stuff. I ordered threw her website and received my stuff right away. The Ceramics looked and were better than I expected…

Nooshin does great work, and she paints everything by hand. I have a wonderful mug that she made for me and I use it every day. It’s made out of a really lightweight and thin ceramic as well so it’s the most comfortable mug I’ve ever used in terms of holding it for long periods of time. I’ve also seen her custom tile work and it’s BEAUTIFUL, though I’ve never ordered any for myself. Thanks Nooshin!

This is truly the best place in town if you’re looking for any ceramic items or classes. Excellent customer service and everything is handmade by the owner. She can customize anything you want. I have ordered many items from them including handmade flowers, custom dishes and baby prints for friends. They have a very cute store front in West LA across from Westside Pavillion. By appointment only so make sure you schedule an appointment. I guarantee you’ll love whatever you order.
