Dunkin’ Donuts

Do you like dealing with miserable employees who dread going to work? Do you like your coffee watered down and all you can taste is the milk and sugar? How would you like go start off your day by having a bad one? If you find yourself answering yes tho any of these questions, by all means this is the perfect place to be!

This place sucks. I’ve been there 10 times and they’ve gotten my order right once. I refuse to give these hammerheads any of my business. Unfortunately the rating won’t let me leave zero stars, so. They get this undeserving one star. Suck it.

I had to update my review after my last (and it will be the last for sure) experience. My fiancé and I hit the drive through on the way to work like many mornings, knowing full well that it’s about a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance of getting the exact thing we order. So this morning we just each got an iced coffee — First one is just 3 milk /​3 sugar, second one is dark roast with 1 milk /​1 sugar… pretty simple you’d think. What we got from them was one light with cream and extra sugar, the other tasted like maybe one sugar but still cream. I asked the girl at the window about it and she got another worker who apparently made the coffees. I told her what I ordered and she said that’s what they gave us. I told her I get this coffee all the time and not only is mine extremely light, but it’s cream not milk, and that we didn’t order extra sugar in either coffee. She took them both back, talked to the other girl for a moment and handed them back like they had changed something. Before I got the chance to say anything else they both walked away from the window and it closed behind them. I was already running late for work, so I had no time to go inside to deal with it. But I’m sure I’ll never go here again… I’ll go a couple minutes out of my way to hit up Honey Dew or Top Donut instead.

Worse Dunkin donuts I’ve ever been too, service is always rude and slow and if you go to the drive through they’re even worse. They never remember your order and often make up their own rules, management is terrible.

I go to this dunkin donuts for the sole reason that it is on my way to work, and none others are. One out of every two times I order, my order is given to me wrong. For someone who cares about low fat options and orders veggie cream cheese every single time, it’s unbelievably frustrating to get regular plain the days I forget to check the bag before I drive off.
Not to mention the days when I don’t get the right food, or their coffee is stale. If you can’t so much as put cream cheese on a bagel or open a straw wrapper, is it that hard to get an order at least close to right? Maybe over 50% of the time?

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts in Lowell– not just because they are a 24 hour drive-​thru (with lots of trash cans for cleaning out road trash while waiting) and they make the best gooey coffee rolls, but mainly because they always get my Medium Iced Latte w/​Skim & 2 Splenda right from the drive-​thru. (Yes, Splenda in the drink, sugar in the roll– don’t judge!) The drive-​thru line moves fast, the employees are above average in intelligence and efficiency for local Dunkin standards, and there’s lots of parking if you need to go in… but since I never go in, I can’t share the inside experience.

This dunkin donuts is probably the craziest one i’ve ever been to. one day everything will be perfect, the next they will mess everything up.
i’ve had days where i’ve gotten things that i’ve never ordered (yay, more food for me) but then there are days i have not gotten things i have ordered.
the worst part about D&D is that they mess up the coffee. this is their bread and butter. how do you screw up your bread and butter???
i’ve had times where i’ve ordered a medium BLACK and they have messed that up. how do you mess up a medium black.
look, if you didn’t get a decent nights sleep and time is tight for work and you need a pick me up D&D is acceptable. otherwise go to starbucks and get yourself a half decent cup of coffee.
