It’s a shame; The people that actually work installing the systems in this company are fantastic and easy to work with. They really know what they’re doing. However, the owner — Terry Queenan is arrogant and difficult to deal with. Each time I have talked to him he wastes my time with endless stories about how busy he is and how I am just one of many, many of his customers that want something from him.
He charges $ 380 for a routine annual service. This does not include any parts or a filter change.
I highly recommend that you find someone else to install your geothermal system, unless you want to be overcharged and treated like yesterday’s trash after your system has been installed.
Just a final note: the equipment Earth Tech installed is fine and works fine. I just cringe every time I have to call Terry and ask for help.
