Had a great experience here. The staff were really friendly, the food was done in timely manner even though it was busy. I ordered a small sub and it was one of the best subs I’ve had. The bread was amazingly fresh, perfect balance of ingredients and it was designed ed fancy on the plate when it came out.

There was problem with my order and they refunded my money and even brought me a salad. Good customer service. Pretty good food.

Delivery driver is awful. Super rude and aggressive. Was stamping around and yelling because he couldn’t figure out where the door was and made a scene in a public place because of it. Basically displayed childish behavior because it took him a few extra minutes to deliver than usual.

Hate to write bad reviews, but they have messed up our order, lied to us about the circumstances and kept us waiting hours. All I wanted was Cole slaw. So I ordered food that came with a side. I picked Cole slaw. When it wasn’t in the bag I called and when the delivery guy came to the for he rolled his eyes at me! It made me feel like I was a big inconvenience to them. We always used then through grub hub but now we get FiOS and pizza and sub stop when we want pizza/wings.

I don’t think this place should even be in business. Went for 2 slices of pizza. Felt as if I was chewing on card box. Thumbs down!

I ordered at 7:45pm and called at 9pm to ask where my food was to be told, «I’m leaving soon». I can’t say if the food is any good because it still hasn’t arrived but I’ll never order from them again. Over an hour to get a pizza is crazy. They are 1.2 miles from my house. I could have walked there and back by now.

Good neighborhood pizza. They sell pizza by the slice. Pizza is thin crust and is $ 2 a slice.

We’ve ordered pizzas here several times. All were good and the staffers we’ve dealt with have always been helpful and courteous. We will certainly order from them again.33

I’m not one to bash after one bad experience — I believe everyone has a bad day. Call me a slow learner, but I’ve tried Eileen’s 4 times now — and have had 4 bad experiences. First time I ordered chicken fingers. When I finally realized that they were making me a chicken fingers sub, which is not what I wanted, I said something. It took the son getting involved to make them understand that I wanted just a side of chicken fingers with BBQ — no bread. Another time I walked in off the street and ordered a Garden salad. At 11:00am — hardly prime lunchtime rush. Took a half hour. Third time I placed an order online, and flagged it that I was going to pay with cash(thank goodness). I walked there and found the place was closed. Huh. But the email confirmation said they received my order! The fourth time — and the straw that broke the camels back — happened today. I placed an order for bone-in wings. I paid online with a credit card. I got a call back saying that they didn’t have bone-in, only boneless. Was that ok? I said no — it’s not what I wanted. I asked to have my credit card refunded — and they asked if they could give me a credit for something else instead. I said NO — because I am done with them and I just want my money back. They really aren’t sure how to refund my credit card, but they said they would try to figure it out. I am betting I will have to go and bug them a week from now to get my refund. Here is a tip — if you offer certain online services — make sure you can control them. Not a happy customer at all, and would rather starve than go back again. As an update: I did indeed have to walk over there again a week later because they had no idea how to process a refund. I had to demand cash.

Excellent pizza, little pricey but quality made up for it.(ordered large cheese with 2 topping Rigotta(sp?) cheese & hamburger. Didn’t care for sub(Italian) but chicken Caesar wrap excellent. Delivery service was polite and within reasonable time frame. They’re discontinuing the online order(dec 2014) due to missed orders(we were lost 2 hrs in cyber space) $ 2.00 per topping is a bit pricey but willing to pay due to poor pizza delivery options in area

Mistakes are one thing… but. On a take-out order which I made clear by not only describing the pizza but using their menu number, the wrong pizza was ready when I arrived. Even though the differences were more than one topping they started picking toppings off the pizza by hand. I objected. They said we can also take off the ham and started picking toppings off AGAIN. I had to insist that they make a new pizza. After the second pizza was ready, the same kid who took down my order wrong rang the register incorrectly and would have charged me $ 1.50 less. The owner corrected him instead of just letting a buck go for an inconvenienced customer. Blah blah undocumented workers blah. Zero stars.

We ordered 3 cold subs, or «grinders», and some onion rings tonight. The onion rings were greasy and rubbery. The subs arrived hot and the meat in all 3 tasted old and was very sparse. Is there anything worse than the taste if hot mayonnaise? The rolls were stale and tough. Bottom line, there are better places to get a sub

Gyro Wrap Experience Price: $ 7.51 Time: A slow Wednesday evening at 7:25pm Wait Time: 10 minutes(in an empty place) Ingredients: 3 frozen small strips of unknown meat(as per counter person). «Maybe lamb.» Some chopped ice-burg lettuce, white onions and tomatoes. Some«White Sauce» that seemed like flavored mayonnaise. A lot of «wrap», seemed like two of them. Taste: Like mystery meat with mayo and onions. Blah… Service: Terrible, as they did not accept the Unilocal 10% first time discount, nor did they care. The man behind the counter seemed like he might have been a manager or owner. He acted like he had no clue what a smartphone was. He’s also the one that didn’t know what type of meat he was selling. Mediocre at best. Lousy at worst.

Food is okay, nothing special, but pretty much what one would expect from a random pizza/sub shop. Service is pretty slow for this kind of food. Staff is mostly friendly, but seems inexperienced with this type of menu.(In most sub shops, if I order an «Italian», I’m not expecting the person taking my order to respond with«An Italian what?») Nonetheless, it’ll do in a pinch.

Quick and affordable, and tasty. The garlic pizza does the job better than that at most places. Best. Pastrami. Grinder. Anywhere(that’s not Rondo’s).

Inconsistent. Was impressed with pizza and chicken fingers first time I ordered from here. Second time, they forgot to deliver an item, chicken was over cooked, smaller portion from last time and pizza wasn’t as good. Third time, I placed an order on-line and never received anything. They called over 2hrs later apologizing but never bothered to send the food. Too many choices around to deal with inconsistent restaurants. They lost me for good. Please do not offer on-line ordering if you can not handle it. Order from somewhere else

Stopped by this evening planning to get a pizza, but my friend suggested the gyro in pita, and I was not disappointed! Delicious gyro, and perfect sitting outdoors(even with the ambulances blaring by). They’ve got great pizza as well, though I think I know what my new favorite is.

It’s about time downtown Lowell has a pizza shop with decent pizza!!! As a NY native, I have always been on the hunt for decent pizza and every shop has continually disappointed. They give the choice of thin or thick crust — I have only had the thin crust and I am such a fan. I am so excited they are in downtown. I do have to agree with another reviewer about the eggplant parm — it was somewhat bland and uneventful. The fries were a little bland as well, so maybe its the oil they use? Overall, I will continue to get pizza here. I’ll try a few more things on the menu before writing everything off. I’m so happy there is good pizza in downtown!
