We walked in the door, 2 employees were assisting customers, a third was just standing in the room. We waited by the counter as they all stared and no one greeted us or asked to help. We waited several minutes and still no help. We turned and walked out. If they don’t want to take my money, I’ll take it elsewhere. No opinion of their work, but the customer service is the worst ever.

I was hoping since it was so nice and close that it would be an awesome place. I like to shop local business to help my community… but they have sloppy help. They are not busy that I have ever seen, yet the one older lady does not take her time. She didn’t seem to know where things were located. I ended up leaving with nail polish on my skin around my nails. It looked like I did my own manicure with my left hand. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I do not want this place to go out of business… but they are not getting why they are not busy! COME ON PEOPLE… IT’S NAIL POLISH!

Probably one of the worse pedicures I’ve ever had. In the end my pedicure looked like my 5 year old cousins did it. It’s good to know from the below review that they received new ownership, lets hope their customer service has changed. I have really bad calluses, I couldn’t get him to saw them down anymore, he barely even stratched the surface of them. He tried telling me I would bleed… Which is know is a lie. A couple other customers came in after my pedicure got started and so he sped through mine and didn’t put forth any effort once so ever.

Worst manicure I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of them all over the United States. The lady that did my nails cut my nail cuticle skin too deep and made me bleed — not once but twice. And she didn’t file my nails evenly. She spent a whole 1 minute on the lotion massage. Even though they had no other customers in the salon at the time. So I could not blame it on being busy. Skip this place unless you are very desperate! I was SO disappointed!!!
