Either the store is out of business or it is FREQUENTLY closed when it is supposed to be open. Shutdown last two times I walked by.

Alright so I was really looking forward to going here because it’s the only place in Lowell with milk tea. After my vacation in California I fell in love with milk tea boba. Well basically 1) the employee was slow, took 8 minutes to make a drink that had 2) too much ice and 3) didn’t have boba because boba cost extra wtf? She didn’t ask me if I wanted any and 4) Its over priced. Everything is over priced. $ 0.49 and ounce for froyo? Holy smokes. I’ll pass. They don’t have many toppings and the dry toppings are above some weird light which makes me feel like the toppings are mushy and melted. But anyway I was really looking forward to Pure Froyo and milk tea but they really disappointed me. I tried the other flavors of the milk tea with my girls and they were all watered down. Definitely not going back. 2 stars because it looked nice but all the lights above were exposed, unprofessional and I find the sofas a little inconvenient

Heard about this place with Frozen Yogurt and Boba drinks. Been craving for boba teas and decided to try. There wasn’t too much flavors on the menu to choose. I wanted Thai Tea, but Pure FroYo was out of it. So, I decided to get Milk Tea because it was the closest flavor to it. Mm. I wasn’t impressed with my Milk Tea. It didn’t look appealing. Milk Tea is white?! Weird? Isn’t it’s light brown?! Took a sip and it tasted like water down milk. I didn’t like it. Milk Tea isn’t literary taste like«milk» tea. I end up tossing it away. Eh, whatta waste. I won’t be coming back here. I definitely had better! Can’t top California boba teas. Milk Teas for $ 3.50 plus $ 0.25 tax? $ 3.75, a little pricey and it doesn’t include boba, $ 0.50 extra. Tip: Ease up on the ice.
