I had a sudden crack in my van’s windshield when the cold weather hit! I called Riverside Glass in the morning and spoke with the owner John and asked if I might be able to get it done that day. He said that he would try to fit it in but would have to order the glass and he could probably get the job done by 2:00 that afternoon. I arrived at the scheduled time and informed them that I would wait for it. I was told that it would be ready in an hour. I grabbed a cup of coffee and by the time I returned the job was complete! Paul, the manager, was very helpful, handled all the insurance and took extra time to install windshield wipers that I had brought with me, at no extra charge. Everything has worked perfectly! I would highly recommend them!

John, the owner, is fantastic. Best of all, he is totally accountable for his work and personally responds to any questions or special requests you may have. My glass work replacement was timely and the insurance submission was taken care of quickly. The wait was short and I prefer dealing with a locally owner business whenever possible.
