Went here about a year and a half ago. I was looking to color my natural dark hair to a light brown or dark blonde color. I look through the magazines and pointed out what color I wanted. I explain to them that I want my hair lighten and I was told not to worry, i’d like the final result. So I was confident that they know what they’re doing. Well, guess not. Because my hair was the same except a very light reddish hue when step under a bright light or the sun. I was so disappointed, it’s not even a light brown. It’s still very dark, almost black with barely there hint of red. I told them I wanted blonde, and I was told to book another appointment for the bleaching process. I thought that’s what they’re suppose to do the first time. Now I realize that all they did was put a color over it. I could’ve bought a drugstore haircolor and do a better job at home. Cost me close to $ 100 and I gave the girl a $ 20 tip. I never went back there again. The people are nice, but they don’t listen to what the client want. I felt like I was being rip off. How can they charge almost a $ 100 just to put a color over my hair? Seriously, the process was less than an hour. And all they did was put a brown color on top of my dark hair and let it sit there. The reason I chose this place was that it look professional, but what I got is something a five year old could’ve done better with a box color. I’m so disappointed.
