Town Line Laundy Wash-​Fold service loses Clothes (wash-​fold service). Twice now they’ve lost items, I use their Wash-​Fold service, which is not inexpensive. Have gotten back clothes I did not own, and have they have lost items of mine. I’ve given them several chances, but will avoid.

I started a laundry pickup with this place. The pickups are done by Caryl the owner on mon, wed, and fri only. First scheduled pickup, she was about an hour late. Second pickup, she was a no call/​no show for 2 days. She claimed one of her family members had a baby. Guess she has no backup plan for her business to run when she has personal issues. When she came to pickup the next day, I asked her to bring a receipt if our last transactions. When she got here, she «forgot» to bring it. Also I returned some other customers laundry I found mixed in with mine. The last delivery I wasn’t home on our appointed time but we scheduled for her to come 45 mins later and she didn’t show till much later. Then she forgot I was a paying customer and said that having to call before she comes makes it very inconvenient for her. All forgivable — until… I found her bad mouthing me on her personal Facebook. So, long story short, her business practices leave a lot to be desired, though she seems cheeky in person, she has no problems talking about you behind your back.

Very clean and welcoming. Rarely broken machines. Great staff. I highly recommend this place.
