There customer service skills sucks cause sometimes the food can be ok but idk sometimes they can be careless

Why is it every time I order nuggets… they never remember to give me my honey mustard sauce!?! What the point in asking me what sauce I want if you going to forget the sauce?

Multiple times where Ive had missing food. One time I didnt even go back but this time i did because I was so annoyed. Pretty sure it was the manager who was packaging the food too. Place is awful.

wouldn’t normally bother to write a review of a fast food resteraunt but happened to stop here today and the young african american girl who took my order(sorry i could not think of any other way to identify her since i didn’t catch her name) was very sweet and accomadating, unusually good customer service for a fast food chain, from this particular employee anyway, since i don’t mormally stop here

So i had to bump it up a star because a few nights after I got the worst service/product ever. the manager(or maybe owner?) called me up and apologized and said he’d «Take care of me» if I wanted to go back and give me two salads free of charge. I ended up not taking him up on his offer since I wouldn’t really trust them not to spit on my salads(that’s just me being paranoid). but still the gesture was all the mattered. He also said he’d give the guy in charge that night some harsh words which was also good. So two stars now. hoo-rah!
