This is the best Aldi that I have been to. It’s the cleanest, and they have a good selection of pretty much everything. Their produce is always really nice and fresh, and there’s always a lot of it. I’ve heard tale that some of the meat items that Aldi sells should be avoided, but I’ve never had a problem with any of it. Honestly, I wish they had a bigger selection for their meat because it is SO much cheaper than it is anywhere else. And the quality seems to rival even Giant Eagle, which is impressive considering the price difference. Shopping here is something I would really recommend, especially if you have a family. Our grocery bill for 2 weeks is usually less than $ 100 when we shop here. Shopping at Giant Eagle or Community Market usually results in us spending at LEAST $ 200 for a 2 week order.

I like Aldi. A lot. Their produce is consistently good, that’s one of the main things I go for. And it’s always so reasonably priced! And they usually have interesting varieties of cheese, sausage, and chocolates that are inexpensive. It’s easy to pick them up when you’re feeling adventurous. Yet however much I splurge on nonessentials that weren’t included on my grocery list, my bill is always easy on my budget. True, there are some things you just can not get at Aldi, they don’t carry your Doritos, Oreos, or Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. But if you aren’t picky about a particular brand of bread or canned veggies or pasta and you like variety and reasonable prices, then Aldi is the place for you. The reason their prices are so low is because of a variety of reasons… however some of them make for a slightly more inconvenient shopping experience. They provide sturdy reusable bags(at 10¢ apiece), they don’t bag for you(but they provide long counters so you can do it yourself), and they don’t accept credit cards(but they do accept debit cards). I also wish they opened a little earlier, I love to go shopping bright and early with the old folks. Lol. Otherwise, Aldi is great, and it’s always my first stop when I go grocery shopping.

It’s only an Aldi’s, I know. I’ve been to many of them. But this one is MYFAVORITE! I’ve been able to find things in this one that aren’t available in some of the others — most notably some habanero cheese and my favorite Nuremburg sausages!!! Haven’t found those anywhere else! Not that they always have them but when they do, I stock up! They aren’t exactly the same as the ones I’ve had a few times in Nuremburg(of course those I ate accompanied by several steins of beer and raucous patrons), but they’re the closest I’ve seen around here. Maybe if I invite some friends, fire up the grill, and break out some Spaaten, I can take myself back to those thrilling days of yesteryear…
