I dropped my prescriptions off, gave the pharmacist my insurance information, she said everything was okay. Get a text notification a couple hours later there’s a problem. I call find out what it is. It has something to do with insurance(it’s a new policy) and also, they are out of stock on one of the medications. I deal with the insurance company, get everything situated, call Walgreens back, let them know it should be good. I call back a few hours later to find out whats up because it shouldn’t be this long. Their response, «We don’t take your insurance.» So were you never going to tell me? Was I just never going to get my medication if I never called and found out what was going on? It’s just a lack of customer service.
