A&J Towing

This is the absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with. They have no professionalism and are NOT responsible business owners. If I could give this company NO stars I would. I recently had to deal with this scum of a company and I regret it. This company towed my AWD vehicle incorrectly and it resulted in severely damaging my vehicle. Very expensive. This company has refused to take responsibility and have any morals. They obviously do not know how to correctly tow a vehicle and run a business. The owners of this company threatened and acted like a two year old. Screaming at me, the customer, and refused to act like an adult and a responsible business owner. The business owner even hung up on me the customer. Any person with morals and a Godly heart and spirit would do the right thing. An evil person will hide and place the blame on anyone they can. Which is exactly what this business has done. A&J Towing took THREE hours to show up for the job. This company had an employee tow my AWD vehicle incorrectly and it resulted in severely damaging my vehicle. The employee no longer works there and it makes you think what else did this employee do to damage other customers property. I even video recorded this employee towing my AWD car incorrectly. My self, my husband, and a mechanic told this tow truck driver that she could NOT tow my vehicle in the manor that she did. She was very rude and insisted on doing it her way. I have been forced to get statements from witnesses and take time out of my schedule to deal with this. When you have a company that damages your property any business owner would step up and take responsibility and make things right. This business owner refused and chooses to be a coward. It is my mission to make the community aware of this company and warn the citizens of Lubbock. BEWARE. Do NOT use this company unless you want your car damaged. Your car will probably be damaged and this company will not take responsibility to fix it. I am forced to take other actions and make complaint and damage reports with my roadside and insurance companies. This process has been a nightmare. I will continue to report this company any way I can and with the BBB. They are NOT accredited member of the BBB and now I see why. I pray no one else has to endure the pain and agony I have had dealing with this company. I am still beside my self that this company is actually operating in a business manor and scamming people.
