I had a headlight burned out, called several auto repair shops and was quoted anywhere from $ 80 – 100 to replace it. I went to this Auto Zone to ask advice and get a price for the bulb. Stephen sold me the bulb for $ 15, and installed it right there at no extra cost. Saved me at least $ 65. This kind of fantastic service is all too rare these days. Also got winshield wipers here recently with free install. I will be a customer for life!

Most AutoZone stores will change your car battery for free, I’ve had 2 other stores do it. It is a courtesy, not required, but this store said they would do it when I asked before turning off my car (which I had had to jump-​start earlier because the battery died on me). Then the worker came out, took one look at the car, and said they wouldn’t do it. So I was stuck figuring it out myself in 105 degree heat. If they had just said that they wouldn’t do it, then I could have gotten to a mechanic or different store with better employees.
