FILED SMALL CLAIMS SUIT AND WON!!!
After Barcana Inc refused to honor their warranty I sued them in Small Claims Court and won a full judgment for $ 499 plus court fees. Peter Barthlemess at Barcana Inc refuses to pay the awarded amount. This should speak volumes to any consumer thinking about buying a tree from them.
I will continue to pursue the money owed and will update this review as I go.
