Bellhops

This is NOT a local company! They use local college students and technology to manage your move. They DO NOT provide any type of truck or moving equipment. They are the same price or higher than most companies that provide everything, they charge $ 40 per man per hour.
I hire movers about 6 times a year for the same reason and have for over 15 years.
When I called to schedule the girl Taryn was very nice, but never let on she was not actually familiar with my town until I gave the locations and asked her a question about it, only then did she reveal that she was located in another state. I got about 3 emails from them which was nice, but not necessary. I did appreciate that they sent a photograph of the young men that would be moving me. When the men arrived they had NO TRUCK! It never occurred to me that a moving service would be a moving service with NO TRUCK!!! I move stuff back and forth to a warehouse, I gave her 2 addresses, I needed a big truck. I spoke the manager Jacob and he said that it happened all the time, people did not realize they did not have trucks. He was so embarrass he would not charge for anything I did use the movers for because I am going to have to hire another moving company with a truck! I tell him that is very nice but he really does not need to do that, he insist!!! I say I feel like I need to let them work some they are so very nice! I use the movers for a little over 2 hours and they leave I give them a nice tip. The movers are gone about 30 minutes or so and I get a very hostile call from Luke! He says you had movers today and they were there for 3 hours but you were only billed for 11 minutes so I am billing you for the entire time. I responded with I am fine to pay for the time that I wasn’t on the phone with Jacob, but the movers should not be punished. I never asked for a free move, it was offered not once but 3 times by your employee and now you are revoking it!!! WOW!!! Worst customer service ever!!! I mean ever!!! Not West Texas Values at All!!!
The only bright part of this company is the movers! Spenser and Suksan were wonderful and so great during all of this, quality young men!!!

The two young men who arrived at my home were prompt, careful, and well spoken. I enjoyed the fact that they were college students earning money for school. They listened when I explained what I needed. I will use their muscles again!

First time using this service was in Lubbock on ⁸⁄₁₅ (and I’ve since used Bellhops in St. Louis to unload, and will be using them again this weekend for a move-​in). What a fantastic business idea – and so well run, with friendly, courteous, prompt, and conscientious movers! I’m recommending Bellhops to everyone.

Fantastic service from booking to finish! Great communication, wonderful young men who were friendly, but got to work promptly. They were very careful with my things. Totally recommend Bellhops and will use them again!!!

Couldn’t of gone any better. If you get Beau and Blake you are set. These guys worked hard and were pleasant to be around. 5 star day.

Movers were on time, polite and efficient. Bellhops are all college students working for tuition money. They had my pod loaded in 75 minutes. I would definitely use them again.

Best moving company available! BELLHOPS employees do nothing more than bring a positive and «good-​vibe» environment to it’s customers. I will be calling immediately once I have a big move in the near future!
