My daughter moved in 2 months ago. The A/​C has frozen up 4 times already. There is obviously a leak but they are unable to fix it. Today it is 95 degrees outside and the maintenance man, Mario, states that there is nothing he can do until Tuesday. He says he doesn’t have any freon and the available window units are all used up in other apartments. (That should be a clue that they have problems!) His unique comment when I told him he needed to fix the A/​C unit: «I don’t crap freon, you know!» Classy.

If you have an option of staying anywhere else, do it! This place is disgusting. These apartments are more that 50 years old, and despite their new remodel, everything is falling apart. There is a reason that they are cheap; they make you sign a waiver because of previous mold issues. They do not take care of the premises; there is dog feces everywhere. Hot water will stop working from time to time, and the management doesn’t know what they are doing. The saying is that you get what you pay for, that is not true here. If you decide to stay here you will regret it. I almost forgot to add that the apartment complex has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Google it!
