The staff is helpful and kind. They installed a bike rack on my bike for free and guided me with information on different tires. There’s a pretty nice selection of bikes for such a small store too. Their website is useless though. Don’t expect to get any information from the website. Just show up instead.

Ripped off.
Had a flat on campus so I walked my bike to Broadway. Paid over $ 20 for a new tube that took them two days to replace. Less than a month later and the same tire was flat again. Took it to Velocity where they not only recognized my bike from over five months ago, but told me that Broadway never put in a tube. as they described it they «ghetto tubed» my tubeless tire. Pretty pissed at the deceit conducted by Broadway. I would recommend Velocity on 50th st. Not only are they ethical in their practices, but they are also more reasonably priced.
