Great people to help you pick out new flooring! They have a great selection to choose from. Why not go in and see what they have to offer. You can stick with a price range, the staff will help you with that. Plus you can go next door and pick out new furniture.

Bought my carpet less than 3 years ago and it looks like it is 15 years old! I have a large visible seam in my living room and bedroom and the carpet is fraying. I have called multiple times to get this matter resolved and can’t get a manager call back, which tells me they’re not interested in backing their product! I should have realized the character of the company when the install team showed up drunk and 3 hours late! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

Casey and his staff were very helpful to my husband and I when searching for turf grass. He went above and beyond what we expected. We will recommend him to all our family and friends needing floor service.

TERRIBLE! Don’t do it! Stay Away! Three terms I wish somebody had told me when I tried using Casey CarpetOne for an insurance claim. In person all the staff was friendly and seemed to be genuinely interested in trying to help me. In actuality though I felt as if I was on a reality TV show where they test how long they can frustrate you without you getting mad. In short, eight weeks AFTER measuring my house they still had not ordered the floor and every time I would call and inquire about the holdup I was presented with a new hurdle. My favorite excuse that they offered was ‘we didn’t know how much to order’ — this greatly entertained me because they came to my house and measured the area AND were given a floor plan that had exact dimensions and areas. They also used the ‘but what do you want to order’ attempt even though I had the name of style, color, and manufacturer that they were to match. It was excuse after excuse and they continually blamed everybody but themselves. The final straw was when my rep Natalie said that I had instructed them to ‘cashout my claim’. I found this particularly interesting because she used insurance lingo that I had never heard before so there was no way those words could have come from me; and by ‘cashing out’ that implied I didn’t want a floor in my house(which is weird in a whole lot of ways). When I pointed out that I had never used(or knew) that term she called me a liar. In summary… I had a flood and went to Casey CarpetOne for new floor, they said I didn’t want a floor, and then called me a liar when I said that I did in fact want flooring in my house. I don’t know, maybe I’m mistaken, but I feel pretty confident that somebody not living in a tent would be wanting a floor. It was infuriating that I had told Natalie numerous times to order the floor and when asked if there was anything else she needed from me I was told that all was in order. The only outstanding item keeping me from getting a floor was the inability of a sales person to place an order. If you are seeking a process so frustrating that you would consider enrolling in night classes to learn how to cut down a tree, hone your own lumber, and cut your own floor tiles then I suggest trying Casey CarpetOne. However, if you want something done quickly and without a lot of hassle I would encourage you to make a single call to Yates Flooring and let them take care of you; they had my floor ordered about an hour after visiting.
