Firestone Tires & Service

I went to this Firestone to have my wheels balanced and get a front end alignment. They told me I needed new tires. I didn’t believe them and took it to another place, DIscount Tires, and they said the tires looked really good for the number miles on them. So don’t go to this Firestone. They are crooked!

where to begin… we dropped a punctured tire off there at 12:30 pm. Jimbo says it’ll be fixed in a half an hour, so we call in half an hour. They’ve not gotten to the tire yet. We call back half an hour later, but Jimbo went out to get some parts and Dusty McGee doens’t know where the tickets are. We go to the store two and a half hours after the first drop off and subsequent promise to have the tire fixed in half an hour, and Jimbo informs us that filling a tire puncture is against Firestone’s policy.
So, the moral of this story is that the morons that work at Firestone will take five times longer than previously estimated to tell you that they don’t know what they’re doing and then try to sell you a $ 200 tire to make up for it.
Way to go Firestone! Good business ethic!!!
