The address for this place is actually 3511 N. Frankford. My gps took me the wrong way & I had to call twice & the guy was harsh on the phone. My husband had called ahead to tell him what kind of plug we wanted on the hitch. When I asked him which one he was doing, he acted like he had no idea that my husband requested another one. I asked him to talk to my husband on the phone before he installed it & waited for him to get up, but he kept ignoring me & then yelled at me about how hard that particular plug would be to install. My husband called their phone & told him not to be rude to me (because he heard the guy). Then he yelled at my husband that he had to figure it out so my husband told him nevermind on the plug we wanted. I’m not sure I’ve ever had anyone be that rude at a business. He yelled at me multiple times when I was there and was irritated everytime I asked a question. I hope I never have to work with them again.
