Foot Tech

Went into foot tech to «window shop», I was greeted by two different people when walking in and asked if I needed help. I just browsed and noticed they had a %50 off table with lots of shoes. I originally went in to LOOK and try on the Hoka One Ones and they happened to be on the discounted rack. I could not pass up %50 off of a $ 150 shoe so I bought them. The guy who helped me was really nice and actually thought the bigger size was a better fit, I agreed and took them.
I live in Midland and when I got back home the shoe felt way too big, I was so upset because their ticket says «no returns or exchanges on discounted items». I figured I’d call and ask anyway. They did not have a problem with me trading sizes at all and held the shoe for two days until I could get back to Lubbock to exchange them.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve had in a long time.

My wife came into Foot Tech after a recommendation from a podiatrist. She walked out with a $ 100 pair of shoes that, after some research, go for about 40% less (~$ 60) on Amazon. $ 60 on Amazon vs. $ 100 at foot Tech? Ridiculous. I’m still wondering what the $ 40 premium price was for. We returned the shoes to Foot Tech and will not be returning.

I can’t say enough great things about Foot Tech. I’m currently training for a half marathon and I needed a shoe that offered more support than my free runs. My feet are wide and one is bigger than the other. I came in after my run, which is the best time to get measured, and talked to Robin. She was really helpful. She watched me walk and measured my feet. Then she asked me how my feet felt during my runs. She grabbed over 5 different pairs of shoes for me to try and watched me walk in all of them. She also told me to run outside to make sure they were a good fit. She was really patient and I Finally settled on a shoe that I liked. What makes it even better is the price! As soon as I left the store I checked online to see if the same shoe would be cheaper. It was the exact same price as it would be online at other stores. I couldn’t believe it. The internet definitely won’t watch you walk or recommend shoes based on your feet. Anyways, I highly recommend.
