Eh, so so. No better than your average Chinese buffet. Has a bit more selection than some but food wasn’t very warm and seemed a little bit overpriced from what I am used to.

I went there for a to go at 9:00 pm. The restaurant closes at 9:30 on Tuesdays. When I paid and went to the dishes I found out there were very small numbers of items because rest of the items were finished. When I asked one of the ladies there(probably the manager) she told me they were out of those items. Hello! Why have you kept your restaurant open if you are out of the items. Why didn’t you tell me when I was paying! Anyways, I did not tell anything. I was given a box and a plastic cup to take foods. I already took the noodles in the box, so I was using the cup to take the items(there was not many items). The lady was standing right beside me and was staring as if I was stealing food. When I started to use the cup to take the items she told me the cups were meant for the rice or noodles and I cannot take the other items in that. I told her I already took noodles in the box, but she kept repeating the same thing. It was really embarrassing! When I was leaving I asked the person in the counter that if there was any such rule, and he told me that there was no such rule. I am not only never coming back, but also going to tell my friends and family to avoid this place.

Disgusting and over priced at best! My husband and I travel extensively and enjoy trying out Chinese buffets. Unfortunately, this is the worst we have experienced to date. The«chilled» foods were tepid at best. The hot food, for the most part had been on the steam table for far too long. A majority of the hot selections were dry. The salmon and chicken wings were quite tasty. I wanted to try the Mongolian grill, however the chicken and beef were not cold in the chilled table and the tofu was moldy. We were so disappointed in this restaurant. We wouldn’t even recommend it to my ex husband! Yuck!

We love Chinese buffets, and this was the best we had. They had what you could imagine and more. Staff was friendly, and sweet. You can eat till’ you drop.

I went to Texas tech last week and my friends recommended me to have dinner at hong kong restaurant. I went over there and had a wonderful time enjoying my dinner. I still can remember some yummy foods – hot and spicy shrimp, butter shrimp, scallop, tasty sushi and Mongolian bbq. All foods are fresh. Service is not bad compared with in LA. I love it.

Went in at 9PM to get to go food on a Saturday night and they close at 10:30PM. They charge 10.99 for a Togo box and dinner price is 9.99. Ridiculous. Usually for Togo at a buffet you weight by pound. After paying 24 dollars, went over to the food and there was really nothing left and looked like it had been sitting there for hours. Definitely not going back

This place has gone downhill quickly. We used to love coming here as a family and eating and after today we said not again. There was hair in the bread and the sweet and sour chicken was hard as a rock. I wish this place would step it’s game up but for now we will not be returning. Worst $ 10 ever spent.

I have seen many poor reviews of this place and I must confess it saddens me greatly. I have been a patron of this establishment for well over six years. Each time I arrive here I am promptly greeted and seated by the hostess. The waitstaff has always been excellent for me. Now my family poses a difficult one as I have a nine year old autistic son. Not one single time have they refused a request of his, and that my friends is the extra mile. Now the food. The standard buffet is well stocked and presented very well. Each dish has a unique flavor. Something I have see buffets struggle with in the past. The Mongolian barbecue is always delicious. The cook sets everything just right without overwhelming the dish with a burden of spices. The sushi is not a bad selection for a buffet as well. The décor is charming and sets a pleasant feel for the dining experience. The music is muted and light on the air aiding with the relaxed feel. The tables are set so that even when busy you do not feel cramped. Go for a lunch and enjoy the place, I know I do.

Dirty dirty dirty… the last two times I have been there I have seen dead and live cockroaches I will never go back. Food was ok on par with most buffets. But enter and eat at your own risk!

This restaurant is batter then other buffet of Sanfrancisco. Because I like their sweet soul chicken and walnut shrimp, butter cake, fruits jelly, green pepper fried beef and so on. but sometimes the foods are not clean, because I had seen the chef picked the chicken or beef thatfallen down at floor up to his iron pan again. That’s unhealthy to everybady.

Best Chinese food buffet! The waiters are very friendly it’s just the owners and managers who are a little stuck up but other than that fair price for a Chinese buffet and the best fried rice, noodles, lo mein, General Tso chicken, Sesame Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Egg Rolls, and spring rolls! They also serve more American food like chicken on a stick, pizza(looks like a prepackaged Red Barron personal pizza), mini corn dogs, and chicken strips. They also have a salad bar and dessert bars and serve ice cream. The building isn’t appealing at all but the inside is somewhat nice there are three gigantic chandlers and a quiet casual atmosphere. This restaurant is also very clean and sanitary also which is a win win for a Chinese restaurant. Very tasty and delicious food will recommend in a heart beat.

We recently moved to Lubbock and have been looking for a Chinese buffet with sushi. This place is ok for lunch, certainly not the best but far from the worst. My son said the sushi selection wasn’t anything special. The cooked food on the buffet was just fine. We didn’t try the Mongolian barbecue since we all got pretty full from the regular buffet.

Best Chinese Buffet I have ever had! I have lived all over the southeastern U S and this is easily the top three I have eaten in my life. Definitely the best in west Texas. I was in Lubbock and did a search and found the reviews were correct. Staff is friendly but above all the food is fantastic none of had that processed taste. Everything from the sushi to the sesame chicken was fresh and tasteful. I even went during the slow time and still everything was top notch. I highly recommend! :)
