Chocolate queen Kat was cool. Was attentive and bubbly. No, the kitchen was HORRIBLE. It took 90 minutes to get 3 orders of unlimited boneless wings. I think in my short life, this hooters was the worst from a food stand point ever. They obviously didn’t know game 5 of NBA was on. It was packed. Without Texas Tech playing they are clueless. Tig-O-Bitties Blondy is filthy

You will be served horrifically undercooked wings. You will show it to the waitress and she will say«oh…ok,» throw them in the trash, and won’t tell a manager. Then she will charge you for them.

Came here for some unlimited wings, waited 30 minutes to get my first serving. The waitress said she ran out of paper but the people next to me came in here well after me and got their food within 5 minutes.

Waitstaff is slow, confused and unprofessional. We waited 20 minutes for drinks to arrive and food took over an hour. When food arrived two of the three dishes were wrong. When we tell the waitress this wasn’t correct she said«ohhh oops» and walked away. The manager comes over about 10 minutes later and fixes one but I was too hungry sitting so long I just ate the incorrect one. The manager never apologized and charged for all the items even the wrong one at a higher price. Poor service and will never come back!

Our waitress took a while to warm up. Getting service slow. Curly fries cold and tasted like yesterday’s. Any requests took asking twice or longer waits to get handled. We don’t mind being carded, but our teen son was with us, and we certainly don’t look under 21. My wife had to go out to the car to fetch her license. I feel like there could be a little discernment used with older adults.

Bad experience at Hooters! Managers very rude and food was cold! Manager yelled at waitress infront of customers! Very unprofessional! Never will go back! I will eat at Cheddars next time food is more reasonable and drinks! Excellent prices at Cheadders and very professional staff!

One of the best Hooters I have been to in quite awhile. Seems most have really declined in service and food quality. This one has not. Wings were great and service was better. Beer was ice cold. I had almost given up on this franchise until I tried this one.

I love hooters and have been to many all over the country, but the one in lubbock is terrible. The food was awful, horrible service, we didn’t see a waitress for over 20 minutes. When I mentioned this to the manager, Kevin, he seemed unconcerned and didn’t apologize. Very unprofessional.

My experience at this Hooters almost always corresponds to the waitress. I really do think the food is good, and the wings are much better than BWW. The problem tends to be… someone sometimes forgets to tell the waitresses that they are working in the gateway job to stripperdom These girls have B cups strapped up, oiled up and stuffed up to look like they have a small D cup… then proceed to show lack of personality? Come on… the waitresses that make the bank are personable, attentive, and make you want to pay for another lap dance. So, when you come to our table and act like we are intruding on talking to your douchebag boyfriend who is the fry cook… don’t expect much of a tip.

It is a Hooters, come for the wings, stay for the beer. It is super busy anytime TT is playing, so might want to order to-go.

I don’t know what it is but ever since they added more wing sauces the quality of the wings have gone down. They are always soggy and drenched with sauce. Defiantly not the hooters I remember going to as a kid. But the beers are always cold so that’s a plus!

Food sucks… but who goes there for the food! I have tried burgers, wings, fried fish basket and they all were bad. Of course the waitresses were friendly but thats how they get their tips. Most of them look nothing like the calenders not even the pregnant one!

Every time I have eaten here our food has been soggy and cold. The waitstaff is extremely rude. Will never eat here again.

Food is food anywhere you go So no comment on food. Five stars for perfect bodied Texas Tech athletic girls who work there.

I’d never actually been to Hooters and decided to stop by to try the famous wings. I got 10 wings, 5 hot and 5 «bently». The hot were not hot at all and the bently had a nice heat. The wings were alright, not as great as their made out to be. They seemed frozen, which always sucks. But the service I had was really good. Although my waitress was really busy, she was friendly and always there when needed. She was also a cutie.

I work for Red Lobster, but the snow crab I had at Hooter’s tonight blew Red Lobster out of the water. The portion was HUGE(4 – 5 legs extra compared to Red Lobster despite the menus both saying one pound) for a great price, and the meat was perfect. It was moist, flavorful, and slid right out of the shell. just like it should! My husband’s fish sandwich was also delicious. Seasoned to perfection and a generous portion. Service was also good — Sydnee was very nice. We’ll be coming back! Also, Judy, just because there are guys at the table doesn’t mean your waitress is going to take more interest. They’re doing their job, not cruising for boyfriends. I have to wonder if you ate while it was extremely busy and your waitress was swamped. If all else fails, you know you can ASK for things, right?

Poor food quality, unless you love the grease. Even when I was with guys, our waitress didn’t come to the table very much. Not even once to refill our beverages.

Not bad for a Hooters. I liked the layout of the place. Lots of TV’s all around. The food was… well, Hooters food. My waitress was very genuinely friendly. $ 5.99 cheeseburgers on monday and $ 4.50 big import drafts which is a great deal…

I have been to many different Hooterses, so unlike Wendy I do have a frame of reference. This location has the best looking waitresses I have ever seen at a Hooters restaurant. There wasn’t an unattractive girl in the bunch. I especially liked Whitney(I hope I got the name right). She did a phenomenal job taking care of our large group of slightly rowdy southern boys. The beer flowed like wine, and we ended up with a couple plates of complimentary shrimp by some happy accident. The whole wait staff sang happy birthday to one of our guys even though they knew it wasn’t his birthday. There’s plenty of tvs here, so I was able to watch the Magic fall apart against the Celtics in game 5 of the conference semis no matter which direction I looked. The only complaint I have, why are we only allowed to get one shot each at our table? Is that some crazy Lubbock law? I don’t know, but I’ve never been a fan of laws that limit my drinking. Also, they serve liquor but it’s not exactly a vast selection. So, this particular Hooters is a great spot to have some beers, eat some wings, catch a game(whatever sport you like), and hang out with some friends. It’s a big place with lots of seating, and I wouldn’t bet that it fills up very often. The women here are extraordinarilly beautiful, and very friendly(of course). Love this place.

I didn’t have a frame of reference to compare Hooters(heh heh) until recently, as this was the only one I had ever visited. A few years back it opened among much controversy and opposition in typical Lubbock style. My husband had always told me that Hooters has the best hot wings, and I of course thought it was just a line to get me to go to a place with half naked women. But I decided to give it a try when it opened in Lubbock, after all I’m opened minded. After the initial sensory overload(boobs and booty) I realized that, yes, the food is really, really good, and, yes, they have amazing wings! My favorite is the fried pickles, the dipping sauce is amazing. I pretty much had to force my husband to try these, but now they are one of his favorites too. I haven’t had anything there I didn’t like, and they have high quality food. Only complaint — they only serve wine and beer, not a full bar. However, they usually have some drink special or another going on for a pitcher or something. Now that I have been to another Hooters and have a basis for comparison, I realize the Lubbock Hooters really nailed it! Good job guys!
