Property has gone down hill. Light bulbs by front doors never replaced. Trash bags by pet disposal areas never replaced. No concern for resident peace and quiet. Late night and weekend repairs keep you from enjoying your unit.

Lakeshore was my first apartment complex. Kerri was super helpful and knew every single resident which was quite impressive.
All sorts of people live at this complex which I found quite awesome. The ceiling is a little thin and they could use more washers and dryers in the laundry room. But otherwise this was an amazing complex. Beatific painted walls, spacious apartments, beautiful view with the park, and Kerri also has resident cook nights where she cooks for the whole complex.
