Merry Maids

This company I was happy up until I had to cancel the contract. When I first had them, I had just given birth. They did a deep clean and weekly cleanings which I was extremely grateful. And then things started getting weird. It seemed that every new team that came needed to be retold everything even though the home office mentioned they would be informed. I felt that the surface they did was beyond minimal. Many times I would find out that they never cleaned certain areas. It was extremely disheartening. While most people would immediately leave, I dismissed it as a possibility of bad communication and so I would specifically tell the group myself.
It didn’t change. The work still was subpar for what I expected from a cleaning company. The Merry Maids back in my home town went above and BEYOND what I ever expected. I can tell the ladies of this company do not like their boss because they have no pride in their work. I was with them for 5 months of continual trying and not being happy with the work. When I did complain about it, the home office did make some concessions. Unfortunately when I did call to cancel, the home office was quite blasé about losing a customer.
Just as well I suppose. I’ve changed to a different company and can already tell a 100% difference.
