Old Navy

In general, I love Old Navy. They have great sales which is usually when I try to buy the clothes. Their prices are moderate to low already but when they run great sales it makes them even more fun to buy.
This particular Old Navy seems to be disheveled from time to time when I go in. Today they had people putting merchandise out in the middle of the day and they were racks of unmatched clothing without a clearance sign or anything to explain the purpose for the racks. I assume they were on clearance but I can’t be certain.
The dressing rooms were a complete mess. There were clothes everywhere. I understand it must be a difficult job to keep a busy dressing room clean for one person. I would suggest that they station more than one person in that area during busy hours.
Sales today were awesome! Out of four items that I bought all four were on sale for anywhere from 20% to 60% off.
Two out of three of the cashiers were hurriedly checking people out without so much as a smile. I unfortunately got one of these cashiers. She was just as dismissive of me as she was other customers until she noticed my metal credit card and decided to start a friendly conversation about that.
Overall, I love Old Navy has a store. Sometimes their clothes are low-​quality but that’s why I make sure to buy them on sale. This particular Old Navy, however, has some work to do with customer service.

I really enjoy old navy’s style and design in clothes! Although sometimes I feel like some clothes are a little too pricey. But there are usually sales for about 20 – 40 percent off.
I do like the clothes. They are very comfortable and stylish! I would recommend old navy!
There are also bathing suits, accessories and extra underclothing or socks. I’m pretty sure there are also shoes! The clothes are from women’s, children’s, men’s, and boy’s clothes, so there is alot to choose from.

Poor customer service. As I was going to check out a shirt had been placed in the wrong spot and mislabeled on price. The staff was rude and unapologetic. They also forgot to place a bracelet in my bag. When I called to see if it was left counter, they didn’t believe me and told me to check my car again. I would not have been so irritated if I would have been treated with a little more respect.

I’ve started to really appreciate Old Navy. When I was a starving undergrad I, for some reason, thought I had to wear certain brands (that I certainly couldn’t afford). Now that I have a little bit of disposable income I enjoy Old Navy.
Being the typical guy, I hate shopping for clothes and I will avoid it at all costs. But since Old Navy has a number of registers, a large selection of casual clothes, and doesn’t have pushy sales people they have become my go to.
If you are traveling, hanging out by the pool, or spending time outside you’ll appreciate the lite shirts and comfortable shorts. If you spend time in an office then you’ll like the selection of khakis. And, if you have a little one (6 y/​o girl in my case) you’ll love that dresses are about $ 5!
