I credit Paula for finding my family’s dream home and highly encourage those in the housing market to contact her to help them do the same! Not only did she help us sell our home after 10 short days on the market, but she was able to find a near exact replica of what we were dreaming of based off a wish list we provided her. She knew areas in and surrounding Lubbock we never knew existed (and we’ve lived here more than a decade) and was prepared with information we needed to know about the school districts, resale opportunities and prices of other homes in every area we looked. Plus, her flexibility in scheduling meeting times with us was very helpful since we were house hunting with a newborn in tow and after only three or four visits to potential homes she found what we couldn’t refuse! What I was most impressed by was Paula’s attention to our needs — she took notes on what we really liked and weren’t crazy about during our home visits, she knew how much time and effort we invested in upgrades to the house we were selling and with both of those knowledge sets, she cross compared to our new home wish list and voila! On top of all that, Paula knows her stuff — is a very savvy and smart realtor — and is lots of fun to work with! She always held the faith and never doubted our house selling/​house hunting process!
