Great selection and friendly staff. Store is under new management and the flow seems to work a lot better.

Terrible experience every time I have come in here. I cracked the screen on my phone and was told by Apple to have it repaired here. Apple quoted me 109 dollars, but Simply Mac decided it was 139 dollars. I was then told that I had to wait an hour because the guy authorized to do loaner phones for iPhone repairs wasn’t in yet. This was 11am. I came back in at 12:30, waited another 45 minutes, and then went through the whole process of paperwork, questions, turning off services, etc, only to be told that the guy authorized to loan phones wouldn’t loan phones to people who cracked their screens because they now have a «track record» with the store. I loved being treated like a common criminal after waiting hours to patronize a local business when I could have easily sent it to Apple directly for cheaper. This is the first cracked screen I’ve had in six years of iPhone ownership. It’s worth the drive to the Fort Worth Apple Store or the wait for shipping to not have to deal with these guys.

Great company

I just want to buy a charger cable. Waiting as I type this while 2 cashiers are working with 2 customers trying to figure something out. It’s been at least ten minutes. Not impressed. Don’t come with high expectations.

Store is horrible, manager is horrible, service is really horrible, overall rating is Horrible!!! Go online, do not waste your time at this store.
