I like living at the republic at lubbock. I love my house and I love the events and the way the community is set up. I like the large green spaces where i can let my dog play. I dislike the amount of noise there is on the weekend and the lack of parking. Overall its been a positive valuable experience.

I haven’t had the best experience with maitenance or the student workers. We’ve had a lot of roach and mice problems. Other than that, I like the management and the houses.

If you don’t mind living next door to a bunch of drunk idiots that throw parties every weekend then this place is great. Requests to get stuff fixed hardly ever go through. You will probably have to ask at least 2 – 3 times. You can’t beat the pool though and the sand volley ball pit. And free tanning. Overall it’s a good deal.
