Lubbock, TX
Ran in this morning for notary services. The notary on staff had «run to the airport, but we could wait the 20 minutes it might be for him to get back.» Umm, no thanks. The two boys who were in there (and I use the word «boys» intentionally) were polite enough, but giggling and goofing around. I felt like the teacher who walked in when the class was up to something. They advertise as business needs oriented, but I truthfully wouldn’t put my faith in the employees I encountered to notarize my documents. Professionalism goes a long way, and this place was sorely lacking it today.
