I love my vivint system. The equipment is much better than my old system. I love controlling my system from my phone. Response time is 5 – 15 seconds at the slowest. My old monitronics was thru the phone line and when I disconnected my old alarm no one called. When I cancelled they claimed I wasn’t on the«high priority» list. Shouldn’t every customer be high priority?! Every time I call vivint only a few seconds to pick up and they speak English! Neither of which I could say about monitronics.
