Car repairs always scare me. And finding a shop I feel I can trust scares me. I drive my babies around in that car! Will I be taken advantage of as a car repair moron? Will they quote me $ 100 and then quadruple the bill? (I could go on, but my neuroses are my own.)
I needed new brakes. We were anticipating front and back brake pads, and feared more repairs would be needed. We called Williams, got a preliminary quote over the phone. The staff at the desk are friendly and not condescending. That is refreshing! They took my car and said they would call. We were surprised when they did call and told us all we needed were the rear brakes, and the estimate was very reasonable. We were given an idea of when they would finish the job as well.
When we picked up the car, the only extra charge was for a lug nut. And that was pointed out to us. Cost was within the estimate range, car was done as promised, all questions answered, we were happy! We are now happy customers, and I can release my fear of the car repair for good!

Terrible customer service by owners and upper management! Had to get two Hankook tires replaced due to lump defects.
(Had to pay $ 160 for new tire replacement with warranty on the old ones)
They forgot to changed both tires, only changed one then had to change the other.
While jacking my vehicle they broke my air suspension air compressor bracket and case housing.
Management refused to make it right.
Had to report to BBB.

Terrible service! It took them over an hour to change my oil even though the place was almost empty. Don’t come here unless you want to wait for hours.

Was referred to these guys by a friend because my brakes were sounding like a shovel dragging across asphalt. They were so friendly and accommodating. Very fair priced and FAST! I was out of there in 90 mins tops. I will definitely be taking my car back for service again!
