I live in an older home with steam heat. The pipes are old, which results in a lot of sediment clogging up my boiler. I have had to have it serviced several times because of this issue. I called Alves this year after they were recommended by a neighbor. I was told to flush the boiler once a month to prevent this problem. Such a simple step to reduce maintenance costs and extend the life of my boiler, and the company I used before Alves never bothered to mention this. I’m so glad I made the switch. I would definitely recommend Alves.
