Jeff Thomas Catering made my wedding day the absolute BEST day! Everything was executed to perfection and the staff couldn’t have been more professional. My new husband and I were completely spoiled the entire day. The fact that we didn’t have «wedding food», which I guess to my friends, translates into food that isn’t the best, made the day that much better! Mr. Thomas even did all of our centerpieces, met with us at All Occasions to pick out specialty linens and guided us in decisions we were unsure about. He’s the most creative caterer out there! He’s been in business for 30 years! If you are a foodie, then there’s no decision to make. Jeff Thomas is your guy!

It was an absolute pleasure to do business with Jeff Thomas. He and his well-​trained staff are some of the few true professionals left in the catering industry.
Coming from a fine-​dining background myself, I tend to be hypercritical of the service everywhere I go, noticing every little thing. That’s why it was a relief to have Jeff’s crew at my wedding, because instead of barking at waiters and sending back entrees, I was chatting with my guests and enjoying time with my beautiful bride.
The tasting meeting was like a small elegant dinner party. All of us (5 tasters) had a wonderful time and shortly we had chosen a menu that was enthusiastically agreeable to all. Before the wedding, Mr. Thomas met us once more at the venue for a details meeting which was low stress and gave us an idea of where to put the flowers, dj, cake etc.
Day of the wedding, the staff was well dressed and well-​mannered. We had the ceremony and the reception in the same place, and the waiters were able to change the room over for dinner inside of their estimated 10 – 15 minutes.
The three delicious courses came out like clockwork, neither a moment too soon or too late. The vegetarians and vegans had their special meals, which were also quite tasty!
The bar worked efficiently, they were able to make quick changes on the fly (oh no! someone didnt RSVP their guest!). Communication was excellent throughout the duration of the wedding and reception and they definitely went the extra mile helping the bride and I with a little «magic trick» we did during the reception.
If you are like me, and twitch a little bit when you are served from the right, or your plate is cleared from the left, you need the peace of mind that only a professional wait-​staff can supply. I highly recommend Jeff Thomas for your next function.
