The most horrible service I have ever received at a Taco Bell, ordered using the new mobile app, arrived at the drive-through and pick up my order. drove home only to find out half my order was missing. when I called to report it, the manager argued with me asking me, are you sure that you didn’t receive your whole order we handed you two bags? when I picked up my order I had only been handed one, then she proceeded to tell me from what she was looking at I was handed two. Then refused to give me her name and just kept repeating I am the manager. Does this woman honestly think I want to drive the eight minutes back to the restaurant for a fake complaint! definitely contacting corporate and the store manager as I am pretty sure she’s not.

On 11-8-2015 I bit into a burrito and THEREWAS A CHUNKOFPLASTICINIT!!! Had to deal with an incompetent rude white male with a barb wire tattoo around his forearm. Wish I caught his name so that I could report him. Ordered a queserito and a loaded burrito both with added lettuce & tomato. Receieved a skinny tube-looking tortilla filled with just meat and cheese. The other was not a queserito. It was clearly a burrito.(I only order queseritos when I go, so I know what they look like) Went back inside and politely told them we received the wrong order. The rude kid working started arguing with us telling us we were wrong, took apart the little tortilla and was shaking it over the trashcan saying everything was in it… Hello, it was just in my mouth– I think I’d know whether or not there was lettuce and tomato in it. He refused to re-make my queserito but made my friend a new burrito. We get back in the car and I take ONEBITE and feel something hard and smooth. I pull it out of my mouth and it was a sharp piece of plastic!!! We went back through the drive thru this time and gave them all our food, obviously refusing to eat it at this point. Received our 9 dollars back. I will NEVER return and will be contacting corporate about this unbelievably poor experience. I have included pictures to validate this statement.

I know that I gave this place 5 stars, but to be honest, this has to be the best Taco Bell location I have ever been to. When we pulled into the drive-thru we were warmly greeted by an employee who politely took our order and made sure to read it back to us so we didn’t mess up and possibly miss something. When we got to the window, she greeted us again and continued to be pleasant until we drove off. The food here was also made fresh and they made sure to get it to us very quickly. Overall, the food was typical Taco Bell food, no more bells and whistles, but it was hot and made right. What sealed the deal for us was the staff here who treated us nicely and made sure to ask us all the right questions. This is the reason this particular location deserves 5 stars.
