All the other Mexican places in Lufkin are watered down Americana. This place isn’t the most authentic but the little fusion they add is at least done right.

If you want DELICIOUS food, awesome and friendly customer service from the coolest people, and just a laid back place to enjoy an amazing meal then this is definitely the place to go. I wasn’t exaggerating on the adjectives either. Be sure to go on Friday and Saturday for the brisket and definitely wanna follow them on Facebook to keep up to date on their refreshing homemade drinks!

Ok so first I was all excited about Chipotle but then THIS happened! Skyline is the best… Anywhere all day. Love the godly staff and service with the owner’s «mega-​watt» smile. Honestly I have eaten here three days in a row and still not tired of it. The cilantro lime chicken and fried chips… Que rico! It is causing me to kill myself in the gym, but worth it. It is a good thing Planet Fitness is across the street! Oh and don’t forget to get the Aqua fresca!

It’s the home-​town version of Chipotle. You’ve got a variety of options in terms of rice, beans, meats, and you can customize to whatever degree you like. All of that works for me. As the name indicates, you can also go tortilla-​less and get it in a bowl.
I recommend you come on a weekend and get the brisket, it is awesome. I also like the cilantro lime chicken. Make sure to try some of their fresh juice drinks, too. Last time I went in it was cucumber lime, a great summer treat.
Great service, local business, good food. You can’t go wrong.

This place is great. Excellent service! All the recipes are mom’s, made fresh daily. Build your own burritios, bowls, nachos, and quesidillas. The hand-​made strawberry lemonade is AWESOME. I definitly plan to frequent this place. LOVE!

Pretty good burrito place, I like the different toppings. The place looked like it was undergoing a make over of some sorts? Didn’t really look good, but it was good and I may consider returning in the future or try the other location

Skyline Burrito has THE BEST FOOD. My brother and I come here every time we are in Lufkin. The location is easy to overlook. If you don’t know where it is, you’ll end up just passing it. The food is simple and authentic. The owner is super friendly and will answer any question you have about the food. I recommend the skyline bowl or the burrito bowl. The food is so filling and you won’t regret coming here! The recipes are all the owner’s mom’s homemade recipes and they are al SOO SOOOOOOO GOOD.

Not only are they Mom’s Secret Recipes but you get to create your own Burritos, Nachos and Bowls! 2 awards in 2 years is an awesome accomplishment for this family owned business. Great customer service, amazing food and BIG portions. A must try when in Lufkin!
Top sellers are: CILANTRO LIME CHICKEN (available everyday). CARNITAS: slow cooked for 12 hours and nothing like I’ve never tasted before (available Monday– Thursday). BRISKET: slow cooked for 12 hours and super tender, topped with moms secret sauce. (Available Friday and Saturday) worth every penny
