Please, whatever you do, do not go here! We went there and we received the bait and switch tactic. Guadalupe was our salesman, he seemed very knowledgeable and seemed to be genuinely interested in helping us save as much money as possible as well as getting us the phones we wanted-WRONG! He kept inferring that he could save us money on iPads as well, he kept quietly trying to get us to buy more things, which most people do, so we blew it off. Here comes the kicker. After getting everything done, and we were all excited about our phones, he hit us with; «it is our policy that when a customer buys a phone, we can’t complete the sale until they have bought protective cases for every phone on the plan… we were new customers with 5 people in our plan. And of course all accessories are extremely pricey, with limited choices. So we were looking at, the price of 5 phones, plus cases at about $ 30 or more each! I explained to him it was not our intention to leave our phones with. I protection, but I like to shop around and find the best possible deal… no go. We all ended up buying the cheapest cases we could find, sacrificing quality. The cases we purchased have scratched the sides as well as the top and bottom. All phones have identical places in which they are scratched. We called the store and tried talking to the manager, and were told they cannot guarantee the cases they sell are not going to damage the phones, and that we should look at the product next time before purchasing. Said manager was walking around the store talking about how damn good looking he is and how every girl wants him… WRONGAGAIN! Then last but definitely not least, we received our first phone bill, which was almost $ 200 more than we were planning… activation fees were added on when we had been told those were going to be waived, and for some reason the sales person didn’t put it in… go figure.
