We had a Living Social voucher and like some others, we called and left a message that was not returned after a couple days, so I called back, and instead of leaving a message, used one of the options to switch to talk to one of the guys directly, and was connected to a real person immediately. Mark got us set up for the same weekend, and Joel and Danny were super-​nice and gave us a great time with our flights. Rather than having to learn to do it yourself, this is a tandem flight (not available everywhere) which means you have an expert with you at all times — no worries about making a mistake or long training, just show up and fly. This makes it a completely comfortable and exhilarating flight — you can take the controls if you want, or just relax and enjoy. You take off and land on wheels — no cliffs or hills — the Dragonfly tow plane is a very cool all by itself. I highly recommend this as a great way to experience hang-​gliding without having to learn it all in an extended ground school first, my wife and I both had a complete blast.

DO NOT BUY A GROUPON FOR THEM!!! I bought a Groupon for $ 300, I have called and emailed many many many times and no one has contacted me back. I have reached out to Groupon and they said they can’t do anything about it. This is a rip off.

This place has ripped me off for over $ 300 and they refuse to do anything about it or even return my emails.
I purchased two Living Social vouchers for a total of $ 338 and did not have a chance to use them before i moved out of the state. I had multiple email exchanges between myself and the scheduling coordinator Mark Moore but as soon as I asked for my money back, they refused to respond to my emails anymore. I have emailed the company multiple times a month asking for a refund but they refuse to email me back.
I am about to file a claim with Living Social and the BBB. This is bullshit.

The experience was awesome; it felt like flying, definitely doing it again soon. Way better than skydiving or soaring!
My son and I both went up and it was one of the best experiences ever. Joel was very responsive with communications; I easily set my appointment up via email. When I arrived there was no waiting the crew was ready to go and very knowledgeable, equipment was in great shape. Mark, the pilot was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly, I felt like we were in very good hands.
Both videos turned out great!

Purchased a Groupon for an intro hang-​gliding class. It was impossible to use as Thermalriders does not seem to return calls or emails.
