Yuck, yuck and yuck! The food was not fresh, prepackaged and reheated. The pizza my husband ordered was good. But I don’t think anything else they serve there is actually made there. I ordered the blackened chicken fettuccine. The chicken was horrible. It tasted and looked like that nasty pre-cooked, sliced frozen chicken you buy in the freezer section of the store. Not sure why they called it blackened. There was zero seasoning it was also rubbery. Basically they opened a bag of pre-cooked, sliced, frozen chicken and stuck it in the microwave and then on the plate. They sauce was not good either and also not made there. We ordered a artichoke and spinach dip which was not good and came out of a container somewhere. Pizza was good but the other stuff on the menu is just really bad… we won’t be back.

Love«The Favorite» with a little twist! Their breadsticks are delicious as well. I have noticed that their prices keep getting higher and higher though but as long as they are ridiculous then I will still go!

This is the third time my family has visited here, and it will be the LAST. I went early with one kid to get a table and order, with the wife and other kids to follow, as i knew a pizza would take time to cook(at least here). Waited at the door for about 10 minutes, no one said anything to me. There was a small sign in the corner that said«seat yourself» in small print. Guess everyone that saw me didn’t care to say anything. There was 1 Table open. I sat down. I waited 15 minutes, no one came by or said anything. Now i am getting frustrated. Finally, a waiter came over and said, sir can I sit these menus here while I help this table behind you really fast? I said… uhh ok? After helping the table behind me he quickly grabbed the menus on my table and ran off without a word. I was shocked. I had been in this place 30 minutes now and no one had even taken a drink order, or given me a menu or said anything. My 5 year old child was screaming how she was hungry and asking why no one would help us. We left and i called the wife and told her lets go somewhere else. All my experiences here have similar service experiences. I only came back again because my kids wanted pizza and i wanted to give them a final chance to redeem themselves. I hoped the past, bad experiences were an isolated incidence. It wasn’t. During my long waitt at the table, i noticed several families coming in the door. The waiting area is SMALL. About 30 – 40 sq.ft. These families were standing there for a long time waiting. No tables were open. No one said anything to any of them. It started get packed and people were lined up outside. Eventually, they left, disgusted(i could hear them). It may help if they would hire someone over 18 years old. I have never seen anyone that appeared to be an «adult» working there. The 2 times I have been when I got food were average at best. When you factor in the price and that it takes about 40 minutes to get your pizza once you order, it is really unacceptable. Just a side note, why is it called brick oven pizza? It is a regular pizza oven with porcelain tiles covering it. There is no brick. I don’t know who owns this but they should be ashamed of themselves. Terrible service one time may be able to be explained but when it happens each time you go, something is wrong. They should not be allowed to even open their doors. I guess they are just there to serve the«drinking» crowd who is willing to wait and put up with no service, terrible waits, high prices and bad food.

It was partially my fault for going on a Friday. But the food is small for the price. The service and wait time was really bad. The person at the door was really nice and seated us really quick. But the waiter was horrible and slow. He rather chat with friends then talk to us or get our order or check on it. When the food came, it was disappointing. Expecting large meal and was nothing more then what I could have made at home for less money. The small 8′ pizza was very small and very mush a cardboard taste to it and was very dry. And the fact I got chips instead of fries was very under rated. The restaurant was very nice, but why serve the food in a burger basket like you find at quick stop dinners? Very confusing. The only reason I don’t give it 2 stars is because the girl that sat us was very kind and even though she wasn’t our server, she checked on us and was very sweet. So I give it 3 stars for now and I will maybe give it another try on a slower day. Hope its better next time.

Pizza here is great if you like thin crust, which we do! Good atmosphere and service is always friendly and attentive. They have a variety of pizza options or can build your own… Try it with the Frank’s Red Hot sauce!

We stopped in here on the 4th of July because we were wanting pizza and it was the only one that we could find open and I’m glad we found it. Some of the best pizza around. We had pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza and a supreme pizza and it was all very good. Good family dinner! Friendly staff. Service was good and prices were very reasonable!!!

Great! WONDERFUL ! awesome service! We did drive through.. super fast service.. Pizza yummy and made to order! For the price, it’s worth the drive rather than delivery! Won’t be ordering delivery unless I break both feet!

So many flavors to choose from. Texas Twister was great flavor choice and combinations of toppings. Prices are reasonable for quality ingredients, $ 16 for a large. A tip the waitress told us after a conversation was any medium or large can be split flavor, so half and half! We will be back!

Wanted to try Brick Oven since I see it all the time while driving through Lumberton. You choose your own seating & then a waitress will come greet you. We ordered the half order of cheese bread sticks($ 2.50). You get two large bread sticks filled with cheese and marinara for dipping. It was good. Thought the marinara was a little too tangy, but my husband liked it. They cut each of the two large bread sticks in half, so if you had a party of four, everyone would be able to partake in this appetizer. We each got our own 8″ pizzas. These are basically personal pizzas with 4 of those small slices. It was enough to eat, though. The crust is really crunchy, at least for the 8″ pizzas. They do have a drive-thru. You probably need to call in your order first, though. Nice menu selection & decent pizza! Didn’t try dessert, but they had several options available. Prices are VERY reasonable.

Bottom line… don’t like thin crust pizza. Unfortunately, that is all this place offers. I have only gone once because of this. The toppings are good, but it is sad when I can eat a whole large pizza, and still be hungry. Wish you guys offered regular pizza crust thickness.

This is good flat bread style pizza! I was crispy and fresh, not too greasy. The food was ready fast but the prices are a little high which is ok when you are paying for quality. Next time we know we need to order more cause the pizzas are small but very delicious!

Love the atmosphere and the employees. Very laid back and relaxing. Great for couples or a large party. The owner tries to accommodate everyone! Start with the cheese bread and get a LARGE order. You’ll love it. The variety of pizza includes anything you can think of, and it’s delicious. I prefer the pasta, which I get so much of I can make it into 3 meals. The Alfredo sauce is amazing, added to the grilled chicken and sun dried tomatoes. It’s a MUST for everyone!

This is out third visit and the pizza was mediocre. It was so good the first time but the last two visits have been disappointing. The crust was crunchy, not crispy and the texture was greasy. Not a tasty combo. To top it off it appeared that the manager was fooling around in the back with the employees

Our party of 3 visited here on a Saturday night around 8 pm and there were not that many people in the restaurant. I realllly hope it survives though. It’s the first American food restaurant in town and one that has a bar, too boot.(Okay, yes, I know pizza is Italian but let’s be real, there is mostly American food on the menu.) Staffed mostly with high school kids, service could’ve been a good bit better, but nothing to bother with here… except the fact that our waiter was mopping, dropped the mop, picked up the handle that had been on the floor, and then without washing his hands, picked up our food and delivered it to us. Wash yo dang hands, kid. The cheesesticks were pretty good, and you can order a spicy version, which just entails adding jalapenos. You can also do half and half if you do a full order. This and my calzone were SLATHERED in butter. I saw them doing it. And wished I could stop them. It was wayyyy too greasy. The chicken alfredo seemed like it came from a microwavable dinner, with pressed chicken and a taste that tasted more like chicken of the sea than real chicken. The person who ordered that entrée also told me she wished it had more sauce. The muffuletta was large, but not as large as a traditional one, and it also wasn’t made like a traditional muffuletta with finely chopped olives, a nice dressing, etc. I did a custom calzone with mozzarella, ham, and pineapple and tomato sauce, which was good, and also pretty cheap. For under $ 7, I was able to make dinner that night and lunch the next day out of it. Overall, the food quality and service could be a tad bit better, but this place is sorely needed in Lumberton and I really hope it sticks around.

Friendly prompt service with a laid back atmosphere. Great place to relax and have a drink or have dinner with the family. Not your average«fast food» pizza. Many delicious and eclectic menu options. While the hand tossed crust is good, would like to see other options for thickness available. Overall great experience
