I have used Bubba’s Appliance in home service repeatedly and have been VERY pleased with the service. I just called to ask about the cost of replacing a lost dryer baffle on a really old dryer that is near the end of its life expectancy, which would have been a $ 60 cost, the guy recommended that I just see if the two current baffles would work, which keeps him from getting the business, but saves me from paying for something that I don’t need.

I am writing this review several days after my experience with Bubba’s Appliance in order to be as level-headed as possible. And yet, I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. Long story short, they charged $ 100 as a service fee for 10 minutes of time only to determine that the washer was unfixable. Gave my mom the option of getting a $ 60 refund(what was the point of taking $ 100 in the first place if only $ 40 was the service fee) or paying another $ 100 for a used washer. Over the next _ten_days, my mother tried repeatedly to contact Steven only to get voicemail every single time. This might just be an isolated incident, but their«customer service» is so poor that it’s hard to imagine they hold onto many customers. I’d encourage you to save yourself the headache/frustration and find a different business for your appliance needs.
