Dissapointing experience. Was in the area, and put in a hold request for a preowned game, that was said to be in stock according to their mobile app. It took over 50 minutes to get any correspondence in return for them, and when it did finally arrive, it was an email notifying me that they could not fulfill my request, My wife and I shopped in nearby stores, while we awaited my confirmation, and there was not much foot traffic, or cars parked in the parking lot, so why did it take so long?
