Wonderful place for a fall experience with the kids Brought my grandsons on Columbus weekend. So much to do we could barely fit it all in. Bouncy house, kids games, face painting, hay ride, make a decoration, pumpkin painting, make your apple, horseback rides, pick your pumpkin, apple picking. Everyone there was so nice and really loved kids. Prices are very reasonable. They charge by the pound for apples instead of by the bag. Baked goods and candy were delicious. Will definitely be going there for produce and pick your own from now own.

Reasonably priced and in a nice location. Went in late September had plenty of apples available… Didn’t have to wait in lines. Staff appeared to be friendly and price per pound was good.

We have gone here for blueberry and apple picking. Both were great experiences, and I thought the pricing was very reasonable. Maybe it was because we picked apples late in the season, but the apples were $ 0.99/lb, which was cheaper than any of the other places I called. There was also no admissions fee. You just go into the orchards, pick your apples, and then drive them to the store front where they weight them. We drove straight to the apples, so we didn’t have a map and had to ask someone where certain varieties were. There were Fuji and Mutzu apples hidden in the back of the orchard, so be sure to check there.

Went here to Blueberry Pick… Had a decent time, I think we hit it right at the right time, trees were all full of good, ripe, BIG berries… Went into the Farm stand & was amazed at how much Grapes cost I got an average size bag & paid over $ 7, that was crazy to me. But now I know maybe the farm stand isnt the best stop & just go to the PYO…

Popping a perfectly ripe, warm from the sun, native strawberry into your mouth straight from the ground is about as locally sourced as you can get. This place is one of my favorite summer-time destinations. It’s not certified organic, or part of a CSA(last time I checked), nor is it particularly swanky. It is, however, a beautiful 180 acre, 3rd generation, family owned and operated fruit farm that supplies a wide array of delicious edibles to Massachusetts and beyond. To the previous reviewer, I think looking at the bigger picture when you buy from local farmers is quite helpful when you think about what you’re paying for, because it’s not just the fruit. It’s also fair wages for the person that planted, cared for, and picked your fruit. Not to mention transport and delivery. If you’re looking for a «deal» try picking your own. I got two whole pounds of strawberries and a pint of raspberries for 5 bucks. Otherwise, I hear Stop and Shop on 53 has some pretty cheap produce. Sure, it comes from Mexico(or China, or Holland) but if the price is right… To everyone else, well worth a trip!
